Why You’re Not Making Recurrent Sales.

The essence of making a sale is not just to sell once, your business should make recurrent sales.

.
Think about it this way. Every customer who buys from you has an immediate family of at least 3; father, mother and a sibling or his/her own immediate family (husband/wife and child) who may at some point need your product or service.
.
This same customer would have between 3-5 friends who might be needing your business is the shortest time. Those 3-5 friends also have families, friends, work mates, church members etc.
.
In essence, from a single customer, there is potentially a list of 5 persons (atleast)who might need your product or service in the weeks to come. The chances of you doing business with these potential 5 customers is therefore dependent on your relationship with your first customers.
.
In other words, when you handle this one customer poorly, you haven’t lost 1 customer, you’ve lost a minimum of 6 customers or more. Imagine if those customers were to transact with you just twice in the lifetime of your business; then you’ve lost 12 customers.?
.
Just to make a single sale, many sellers will cook the biggest lie since the one the Serpent told Adam.?
.
Remember how you said your cream can make us look like a new born? How far with that promise?
.
How you said we don’t have to worry about belly fat again once we start drinking your herbal tea! Belly fat has remained a constant.??‍♂️
.
Make all the promises in the world, lie about the solutions you offer, the best you’ll ever get from one person is a sale and you will loose a long list of other customers. That simple!
.
If all you want is one-off sale, maybe you wouldn’t mind. But if you want to remain in business for long and you care about recurrent sale, make honest promises about your product/ service.
.
Peace, Love and Cold Zobo.
