A few weeks back, I taught a class on Productivity. If you’ve attended any of my class on productivity, I usually talk about the concept; “Productive Now”.
This concept is what I come up with as it relates to productivity. It simple means you focusing of making every “now” of your life as productive as you can.
Well, it’s a little more complex than this but I trust you got the gist already…focus on making every little moment count. When you joke with a second, seconds become minutes, minutes become hours, hours become days, days become weeks etc. That’s exactly how we become experts at unproductive activities.
In other words, the great things of life that we see starts from tiny little effort and habit. Those little effort over time compounds to birth the amazing result we see around us.
If you must achieve great things, pay attention to little things like your time; have a habit of keeping to time and respecting other people’s time. Be honest in little things, let your name count for something. Be prudent with your finance, don’t go about lavishing business funds. Be someone of character etc. These things seem little but their result over time might be the difference between you and the future you desire.
