Since the start of this covid19 pandemic, my life as I knew it have been affected a great deal.
Aside from the obvious boredom that comes with the stay-at-home order, a lot of things have changed.
My eating habits
My sleep pattern
And general productivity.
Usually, I’ld eat twice or thrice a day but now, I struggle to eat once. Contrary to what have seen most people complain about, my eating habit took a huge hit. I could literally stay up all day without eating, just water and I’ll not feel hungry. I don’t even know if that’s a good thing.
My sleep pattern is worse. I’ld only find sleep around 3am or 4am. I’ld stay up doing nothing in particular and I wake up feeling weak or with a headache. Crazy init?
Before Covid19, I’ld do morning exercise and a minimum of 150 pushups before leaving the house…that’s bygone now sadly??. I’m waking up with a headache so exercise is the last thing I’m thinking about.
All of these things have affected my general productivity and I can tell.
Well, I’ve managed to do a few things right in this period but I keep wondering what I could have done more. Some keyboard rehearsals and I started recording a video course a few days ago. I probably would be done with that now if things were normal.
So I felt really unproductive lastweek (I guess the feeling comes with staying home)and I thought heck! I’ve got to solve this.
I went to my Google drive and Dropbox to see if I have any resource on productivity I had bought sometime ago. I found one I published myself 2years ago, read through and felt really nice.
This would come really handy this period. It’s a 10page pdf you could be done with in less than 20mins but it would help you a great deal.
