COMMIT TO CONSISTENCY!

I usually like to refer to my active days in the gym. If I learnt anything then, it must be SELF- DISCIPLINE. Those days taught me self discipline, doggedness and consistency. I really should go back to the good old days ??.

Ask any body builder or gym instructor, it’s often not about the number of reps you go, but more about the sets you can go. You’ll build muscles faster increasing your sets than increasing your reps.

In other words, consistency is what helps you build. As with muscle building, every other thing that you will or must build requires consistent effort. Not one time effort, not two time effort but CONSISTENT EFFORT OVER A PERIOD OF TIME.

I can’t count how many IG/online merchants I’ve seen posting “DID YOU MISS ME?” after ghosting on their customers for 2weeks. No bro, we didn’t. While you were holidaying and attending to frivolities, we moved on to other businesses who stayed in our faces.

Commit to consistency and discipline, don’t read 700pages in a day and allow your shelve gather dust for the next 2years. Read 10pages a day, 31days a month and see the difference. The reason many of us never really grow above average is because we start and stop then start over again and stop. You’ll never build anything reasonable thing this way.

This week, I charge you to commit to small consistent changes and watch your life grow exponentially.  Be the best you can be.
